# 7BE > 7BE is AI shelf analytics for Shopify and WooCommerce stores. It shows which products ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode recommend when shoppers ask for what a store sells, which brands are named instead of the store, the sites the answers rely on, and what the store can fix. ## What 7BE is - 7BE measures the AI shelf: the short list of products an AI assistant recommends when a shopper asks what to buy. - For a store, 7BE shows how often each assistant names the store and its products, which brands are named instead, the reasons the assistants give, the sites the answers rely on, and what to fix. - 7BE asks ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode on every plan. The Growth plan adds Gemini and Claude. - 7BE does not sell placement in AI answers and does not guarantee that any assistant will recommend a product. - 7BE is made by 7BE Inc., a Delaware corporation. ## Who it is for - Online stores on Shopify and WooCommerce. - Brands that want to see how AI assistants recommend their products across the stores that sell them. - Agencies that run several client stores. The Agency plan covers up to 15 client stores. ## Platforms - Shopify: the free scan works on public Shopify stores today. The 7BE Shopify app is in early access. It will run inside the Shopify admin, and its plans will be billed through the Shopify invoice. - WooCommerce: the free scan works on public WooCommerce stores today. The 7BE AI Shelf plugin for WooCommerce is in early access. Its paid plans are billed by 7BE through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time. - BigCommerce and Amazon are not supported yet. They are next on the list. ## The free scan - Free, with no signup and nothing to install. - Reads public pages only: the Shopify /products.json catalog or the WooCommerce Store API, the home page, one product page, the refund and shipping policies, robots.txt and llms.txt. It reads no customer, order or admin data. - Builds 10 shopper questions from the store's catalog and asks them in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode. - Shows the products recommended, whether the store is named, the brands named instead, and the sites the answers relied on. - Scores AI readiness out of 100 from 8 checks: AI assistants may read the store (20 points), product structured data (15), reviews AI can read (20), descriptions say what each product is for (15), products are categorised (10), several images per product (5), returns and shipping policies (10), llms.txt (5). - Gives the result a public link.
