Is the scan really free?
Yes. No signup, no card, nothing to install. You get a public link with the answers, the brands recommended instead of you and an AI-readiness check. The app is where you track and fix it every week.
What is a store profile?
Every free public scan also creates a public page at 7be.io/store/<your store>: what AI assistants answer about the store, who they recommend instead and the store facts they can check. Stores that turn on verified reviews add reviews from real orders, and a profile with reviews goes into search engines. Ask us and we take a profile without reviews down.
Which platforms do you support?
The free scan reads most online stores with a public catalog: Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, Wix and custom-built shops. Weekly tracking runs in the 7BE app on Shopify and WooCommerce, in early access, and in your 7BE cabinet for stores on any other platform.
Shopify already sends my products to ChatGPT. Why do I need this?
Being in the catalog is not the same as being recommended. Every competitor is in the catalog too, and an answer names only a few products. 7BE shows which ones the assistants pick, why, and what to change.
Which assistants do you check?
