Design process:
- Mind map and product description. A rough estimation of every sprint;
- User flow and product analysis;
- Interactive UX design, which you can test;
- UI design + Interaction design;
- Providing a style guide or design system for development and support.

Development process:
- 1-week development sprint.
- 1-2 days of QA of implemented features.
- Continues Deployment where the client may review all changes made during the last sprint.
- A weekly update of what was implemented last week and what we’ll work on next week. More regular updates during the more hot periods: before/after releases or when requirements are not 100% clear.
