Any member can post a project, whether it's short-term or long-term work, and choose from qualified service providers who offer quotes and estimated turnaround times. This is a mutually beneficial arrangement.

- 1. Fill out a short registration form. You will be asked to create a unique username to identify yourself in our system, provide a valid email address, and confirm that you have read our Terms and Conditions. You do not need to provide any personal information to begin your 7BE membership. 2. Confirm your email address. When you submit the registration form, we will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided when you registered. Follow the link provided in the email to activate your 7BE account. 3. Create your profile. Fill out your profile correctly and completely so that the 7BE community knows what you are looking for in a professional setting. 7BE does not disclose your personal or contact information.

- 7BE provides a convenient and secure environment for doing business between service buyers (customers) and qualified Service providers around the world. You can use the site to find professional Service providers that can do the work you need, whether it's a short-term or long-term project.
- Placing a project on the site is free! Please see our Fees and Charges page for project costs.
- To post a project, click the Create Project button in the Account/Project section. For convenience, you can simply follow this link.
- You can hire a Service provider in 3 simple steps: - Find the right Service provider on the Browse page of the category you want. - Click on the Service provider username to go to their profile page. - Click Hire Me and fill out a short form to propose your project to them. You can also simply click the Hire Me button next to the Service provider's company name on the Browse category page. You can also hire Service providers that have previously worked for you. Just go to your contact list, hover over the username of the Service provider you want, and click Hire Me to fill out the form.
- We do not allow projects with content that may harm 7BE's business or reputation or result in the possible loss of services of its service providers. Fees for such projects are non-refundable.
- To send a private message, follow these steps: 1. Login to your personal office and select "Messages”. 2. Select the subject of the message in the left pane of the Inbox. 3. Enter your message and click Reply.
- To move a conversation from your Inbox to the Chat window, click on the black Chat icon in the upper right corner of the text box.
- Chat and messaging are related - when you open a conversation, you'll see all of your messages as well as your entire chat history. If you send a message to someone in chat, it will be registered in your Inbox/Messages for later use.
- Customers can send a private message to any service providers.
- When you write a message to someone, it goes to their inbox, and if they are not online at the time, they will receive an email notification that they received the message.
- No, messages cannot be cancelled or deleted from the recipient's inbox. Note that they will even receive an email notification if their account is set to receive notifications of new messages.
- To add an attachment through your inbox, simply click on the paperclip icon in the text box. Find the file you want to attach and click open. Click enter to send the file. You can also drag the file into your conversation history and press enter to send. You can send multiple attachments at the same time. The image files will appear as thumbnails in the conversation.
- To view your messages, in your personal area, select Messages. From there, you can send and receive messages.
- To archive a conversation, go to your Inbox, click on the conversation you want to archive. In the Settings section on the right pane, check the Archive checkbox.
- To view an archived conversation, follow these steps: 1. In your personal profile, select Messaging and then select View All. 2. In the left pane, click Archived.
- No, 7BE is not a money exchange site.
- Yes, if the customer agrees to it and you have the appropriate rights to sell the solution.
- Absolutely not. If you are found to be selling scripts or other material that does not belong to you, i.e. stolen works, your account will be closed without payment and legal action may be taken against you.
- No, you cannot. To learn more about projects that are banned from the site, please click here.
- If you're having trouble loading any page on the site, here are some basic troubleshooting steps you can take: 1. Clear your browser's cache and cookies. 2. update your browser to the latest version. 3. Download and install another browser, such as Google Chrome or Firefox, as the site works best in these browsers. 4. Log out and log back in to your account.
- You may have this problem if you have cookies turned off in your browser or if 7BE's cookies are blocked by your browser's security settings. Please check your browser's security settings and, if necessary, refer to your browser's help files to resolve the issue.
- Some major email providers such as Gmail, Yahoo, Yandex, MSN, Live and Hotmail sometimes limit our speed because of the large number of users on our site. Try whitelisting us in your mailbox, or check your spam directory.
