Questions about plans
How does billing work?
It depends on your platform. On WooCommerce, 7BE bills through Stripe. On Shopify, plans will be billed through your Shopify invoice.
Can I cancel at any time?
On WooCommerce, yes. Paid plans are billed through Stripe and you can cancel at any time under Billing in the dashboard. A plan keeps running until you cancel it.
Why will Shopify plans be billed by Shopify?
Shopify requires apps in the Shopify App Store to bill through Shopify. The charge will appear on your regular Shopify invoice, next to your other apps.
What does early access mean?
The Shopify app and the WooCommerce plugin are open to a first group of stores while we build them. The prices on this page are early access prices. Joining the list is free and needs no card.
What are the limits of the free scan?
One public scan of your store: 10 shopper questions in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode, the brands named instead of you and an AI-readiness check. You can run it again every 7 days. It reads public pages only.
Which assistants does each plan cover?
ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode on every plan. Growth and Agency add Gemini and Claude.
