1. What These Technologies Do
Cookies are small files placed on a browser or device. Local storage, pixels, and similar tools can remember settings, support login and security, measure performance, enable support, and help understand or market the Services.
Some technologies are set by 7BE. Others are set by providers whose services are embedded or called from a 7BE page. Session technologies expire when the session ends; persistent technologies remain until their stated expiry or deletion.
2. Categories We Use
Strictly Necessary
These technologies are required to provide a feature you request, authenticate users, maintain sessions, prevent fraud, balance traffic, remember privacy choices, and protect the Services. They cannot generally be disabled through our consent tool, though a browser may block them and cause features to fail.
Preferences and Functionality
These remember optional choices such as display, language, region, or support preferences. Where required, we use them only with consent.
Analytics and Performance
These help us understand visits, navigation, performance, errors, referrals, and feature use. Depending on configuration and applicable law, providers may include Plausible Analytics or Google Analytics. We use consent and privacy-preserving settings where required.
Advertising and Measurement
With required consent, these technologies help measure campaigns, limit repetition, attribute visits, or deliver business-relevant advertising. Providers may include Google Ads, LinkedIn, or Meta. Their processing may be considered targeted advertising, “sharing,” or a “sale” under some US state laws.
Support and Engagement
These enable chat, support history, product messages, scheduling, and relationship management. Providers may include Intercom or HubSpot. Non-essential support or engagement technologies are consent-controlled where required.
3. Current Provider Register
The live Cookie Settings interface is the authoritative register of technologies active on the device, including provider, purpose, category, and duration. Depending on enabled features, the register may include:

Exact names and lifetimes can change as providers update their services. We will not classify an advertising or analytics technology as strictly necessary merely to bypass consent.
4. Your Choices
Where required, non-essential technologies remain disabled until you choose Accept or select categories in Manage Choices. Reject is offered with comparable prominence and rejects all non-essential categories.
You may change or withdraw consent at any time through the Cookie Settings link in the website footer. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
Browser controls can delete or block cookies. Mobile-device controls may limit advertising identifiers. Blocking required storage may prevent login, checkout, preference retention, or other features.
5. US Opt-Out Signals
Where applicable, 7BE treats a recognized opt-out preference signal, including Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device sending the signal. You may also use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information control where displayed.
Because signals are device- and browser-specific, you may need to repeat the choice on another device or after clearing storage. Authenticated Users may contact privacy@7be.io to associate an applicable request with their account.
6. Provider Privacy
Third-party providers process information under their contracts with 7BE and, in some cases, as independent controllers under their own privacy notices. Their choices and retention may also apply. We review providers and limit data according to purpose, but third-party websites are outside this Policy.
7. Changes
We may update this Policy and our provider register when technologies, Services, or law change. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice or request renewed consent when required.
