Review scores are the most important ranking factor — they're a transparent signal of an agency's experience, quality of work and client satisfaction.

How we source reviews

  • Clients can only leave feedback after signing intent documentation as part of the 7BE workflow.
  • Clients rate their overall experience and the most important aspects of working with the agency.

Portfolio

A portfolio of completed projects shows the quality and breadth of the agency's work in practice.

What we look for in the portfolio

  • Links to real examples and cases for each service.
  • No more than 20 cases per agency count toward the overall ranking.

How an agency's website ranks in search engines is a dynamic signal of its authority that we factor in.

How we account for this

  • We use the DR rating captured at the end of each reporting period.
  • We factor in how much traffic the agency's website receives in a month.

What counts as proof of legitimacy

  • Certificate or articles of incorporation
  • Business registration or license document
  • Government-issued business tax document

7BE adds an extra signal — specialization — so smaller agencies still get found among larger competitors.

  • 7BE recognizes that larger agencies may have expertise in several areas and encourages them to show clients all of their capabilities.
  • If a large agency has a broad profile and strong scores above, it will rank well even without the added benefits of specialization.

Browse through the profiles of agencies that match your requirements and click the "Get Proposals" button to send invitations to your selected agencies.
  • To receive proposals on 7BE, simply create a project by providing all the relevant details. Once your project is live, agencies will review it and submit their proposals if they're interested. There's no additional action needed — just wait for agencies to engage with your project!
  • To chat with an agency on 7BE, go to the "Your proposals" tab of your project. Here, you'll see a list of agencies that have submitted proposals. In each proposal, you'll find a "Send message" button. Click it to start a conversation and discuss the project details directly with the agency.
  • To hire an agency on 7BE, go to the "Your proposals" tab within your project. Here, you'll see all the agencies that have submitted proposals. Next to each proposal, you'll find a "Hire" button. Click it to confirm your choice and officially hire the agency for your project.
