Copyright and DMCA Policy
Effective date: July 18, 20267BE respects copyright and expects Users to do the same.
1. Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe content available through 7BE infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a written notice to the Copyright Agent below containing:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed or, for multiple works, a representative list;
- identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient for 7BE to locate it, preferably the exact URL and account or Project reference;
- your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law; and
- a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice may create liability. Consider fair use, license, and other lawful uses before submitting a notice.
2. 7BE Response
7BE may remove or restrict access to material, notify the affected User, preserve the notice and relevant records, and take other action required or permitted by law. Forwarding a notice to the affected User may disclose the claimant’s contact information.
7BE may request clarification when a notice is incomplete. A request for clarification does not waive any right to act on an adequate notice.
3. Counter-Notice
If material was removed or restricted because of mistake or misidentification, the affected User may send a counter-notice containing:
- the User’s physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material and its prior location;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that the User has a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification;
- the User’s name, address, telephone number, and email address; and
- a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the address, or, if outside the United States, a federal district where 7BE may be found, and accepting service from the original claimant or its agent.
Where the DMCA applies, 7BE may restore the material after forwarding a valid counter-notice if the claimant does not timely notify 7BE that it filed an action seeking a court order. The statutory timing and 7BE’s legal obligations control.
4. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, 7BE may terminate Users who repeatedly infringe copyright. 7BE considers the number and validity of notices, counter-notices, court decisions, User conduct, and other relevant circumstances. 7BE may also act after a single serious or willful infringement.

6. Other Rights
7BE may address infringement outside the DMCA process and may comply with court orders or other applicable law. This Policy does not constitute legal advice or determine ownership, infringement, or a defense.
7. Changes
7BE may update this Policy and will post the new effective date. A change does not affect a properly submitted notice already under review.
