The AI shelf, measured

When a shopper asks an assistant what to buy, the answer names a few products. That short list is the AI shelf. We measure who is on it, for which questions, and why.

Why

Why we started 7BE

Shoppers now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI what to buy, in full sentences, with a budget and a need. The answer names a few products and gives a reason for each. A store that is not on that list may never be seen.

Stores cannot see it. A store's admin shows the orders that came from AI, not the answers where a competitor was named instead. Meanwhile Shopify sends store catalogs to the assistants by default, so every competitor is in the same catalog. Being listed is the starting line, not the result.

We built 7BE so a store can read the answers its shoppers read, see who wins them and why, and fix what is in its control.

Honest measurement

We show the real answers, the questions we asked and how we score. We do not promise rankings, because no one can deliver them.

No paid placement in answers

No one can buy a place in our results or in the AI Shelf Index, and we do not sell placement in AI answers. We show the answers and what to fix.

A free scan for every store

Any Shopify or WooCommerce store can see its AI shelf for free, without signing up. The app is for stores that want to track and fix it every week.
