Questions stores on other platforms ask
Do I need to install anything?
No. You add the store by its address in your 7BE cabinet. 7BE reads only public pages, the way a shopper or a search engine sees them.
Do I have to prove the store is mine?
No. 7BE reads public pages only, so you can track your own store or a rival's. The results and the emails go to your account.
Which platforms work?
Wix, BigCommerce, Magento and custom-built shops, as long as the products are public. 7BE cannot read a store behind a password or a bot check, or one that loads its products only with scripts, as some Squarespace shops do.
How are plans billed?
By 7BE through Stripe, on Stripe's own checkout page. You can cancel at any time under Billing in your cabinet.
How do fixes work without an app?
For each check your store fails, the cabinet gives you a short guide for your platform: product data, reviews, policies, robots.txt and llms.txt. You make the change on your site; the next scan checks it.
