You pay for Ask AI and product texts in credits. With your first payment you get 1,000 on top of your plan's: enough for 100 product texts. They last 12 months. On Shopify, they come when credits come to the 7BE app. What a credit buys.
Yes. Shopify bills the plan at half price on your Shopify invoice, every 30 days.
Yes. Write to info@7be.io within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked.
